I am passionate about empowering my clients to leave diet culture behind and learn how to listen to their body’s intuition. I will teach you how to exercise and approach health behaviors through the lens of body neutrality and the principles of intuitive eating.

About me.

My name is Simone Stocks and I live in Tracy, CA. I have my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelors of Arts in Dance with an emphasis in choreography. I have an athletic background in competitive gymnastics, concert dance, track, and racquetball. I have been a Personal Trainer and Health Coach for 10 years. I have earned certifications through Health Coach Institute for Health and Life Coaching, NASM-CPT, Precision Nutrition level 1 & 2, USA weightlifting level 1 & 2, StrongFirst Giyra (Kettlebell) level 1, Animal Flow level 1, Pre and Post Natal, Z-Health R-phase & I-phase, Pain Free Performance Specialist, and Crucial Conversations level 1. I am constantly seeking education to make myself the best coach possible, for you.

Experience and Specialties.

I have worked with clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels including: professional athletes, competitive weight lifters, teens and children, dancers, pre-during-post natal clients, those with an autoimmune disorder or other severe health conditions, those recovering from an organ transplant, those currently with or recovering from an injury, and those in eating disorder recovery.

My specialties include: eating disorder & disordered eating recovery, pain free movement and movement freedom, strength training (with or without equipment), & sustainable habit change coaching.
